Here’s how the Loyalty Programme Works

Let’s say, for example, you place a monthly R1000.00 Monthly Subscription:

Once you’ve achieved a 20% point accrual, maintain your status with a Monthly Subscription to continue earning points and redeeming them for free products!

Important Things To Know

During your first three months, a Monthly Subscription must generate each month for you to retain your earned points. Starting in month four, you’ll be eligible to either redeem or save those points. If you miss a Monthly Subscription, you start the three month loyalty cycle over again. However, you will keep any points you’ve retained from the first three consecutive months.

Loyalty Points will be calculated on the product purchase price only (excluding delivery charges).
Your Subscription does not have to be the same dollar value. It just needs to generate for at least three (3) consecutive Business Periods in order to redeem the Loyalty Points, and then every consecutive month thereafter.
